Broncos Banquet Auction: A Great Success
The WOW Brisbane Broncos Banquet Auction went off with a slam of the hammer raising a generous contribution for the Broncos Charities Fund. Over 350 guests had the chance to take home over 200 fantastic auction items, and the peace of mind that their support would facilitate philanthropic intiatives.
Held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Friday 31 July, the event featured an abundance of auction items.
Items auctioned on the night included an extremely rare Michael Jackson tribute piece (pictured), a luxurious night at the Palazzo Versace with Hummer Limousine tranfers and training and nutrition sessions with Broncos players and staff. This impressive range of auction items resulted in tens of thousands of dollars being donated to those who need it most.
The event was proudly hosted by Channel Nine's Melissa Downes and attracted the attendance of high profile members of the Rugby League community.
Rock legend, Jon Stevens capped the night off with some exhilarating performances that got all guests on their feet dancing the night away!
